Role Overview:
We are looking for a curious and motivated Software Development Engineer 1 (SDE-1) to join our team. As an SDE-1, you will work alongside experienced engineers, contributing to production systems, learning backend best practices, and building impactful features for our core platforms.
You will:
Develop backend services using Python and Node Js
Contribute to GenAI-based projects using Langchain
Help build and scale our Retail Module
Debug production issues and work on performance tuning
Review pull requests and actively participate in code discussions
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Collaborate across teams to deliver quality software solutions
EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Must-have:
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of any backend language (Python, Node Js preferred).
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of software fundamentals—data structures, algorithms, APIs.
Ability to work in a hybrid team setup.
Familiarity with Git.
Eagerness to follow secure-coding and CI/CD workflows.
Doing Open Source is a plus.
