Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Back Office Assistant to support daily administrative and operational tasks. The candidate will assist in maintaining records, managing documentation, coordinating with departments, and ensuring smooth backend operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Manage filing systems (physical and digital)
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required
- Assist in invoice processing and basic accounting tasks
- Handle email correspondence and internal communication
- Coordinate with different departments for operational support
- Maintain office supplies and inventory records
- Support compliance and documentation processes
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
