We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager from the apparel / fashion / retail industry to lead procurement and end-to-end supply chain operations.
This role requires strong expertise in fabric sourcing, garment vendor management, and inventory planning in a fast-moving, demand-driven environment.

- You have experience in apparel, fashion, textile, or retail supply chain
- You have handled garment vendors, fabric sourcing, or trims/accessories procurement
- You have strong experience in vendor negotiation and costing (BOM, margins, pricing)
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, demand-driven business (not plant-only roles)
- You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills
This Role is NOT Suitable For
- Profiles focused only on production planning without vendor/commercial exposure
- Heavy engineering/industrial supply chain backgrounds
Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & Vendor Management
- Source and manage fabric suppliers, garment manufacturers, and accessory vendors
- Lead commercial negotiations, costing, and contract finalisation
- Build and maintain a reliable, diversified vendor base
- Monitor vendor performance across quality, timelines, and pricing
Supply Chain & Inventory Planning
- Drive demand planning and inventory optimisation for seasonal and bulk orders
- Ensure on-time procurement and production flow aligned with business needs
- Minimise stockouts and excess inventory in a fast-moving SKU environment
- Coordinate closely with design, merchandising, and sales teams
Logistics & Operations
- Oversee order fulfilment, warehousing, and distribution
- Ensure timely deliveries to clients / business units
- Optimise logistics cost and turnaround time
Stakeholder Management & Reporting
- Work cross-functionally with sales, finance, and operations teams
- Track key metrics: cost savings, vendor performance, inventory turns
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
Key Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in apparel / fashion / textile supply chain
- Strong expertise in vendor management, sourcing, and commercial negotiations
- Experience in garment manufacturing ecosystem or sourcing hubs
- Solid understanding of fabric types, trims, and production cycles
- Strong analytical mindset and cost optimisation focus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel
Preferred Experience
- Background in corporate clothing, uniforms, or B2B apparel
- Experience with multi-vendor sourcing and contract manufacturing
- Exposure to fast-scaling or startup environments
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
- MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain / Operations (preferred)
