The candidate will be responsible for vendor management, sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, ensuring timely procurement, cost optimization, and maintaining quality standards. Strong knowledge of construction materials, supplier networks, and purchase processes is required.
Experience: 8+ Years in Real Estate/Construction Procurement
Location: Tricity (Local candidates preferred)
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
