Skill: SmartComm Developer
Work Location : Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad
SmartCOMM Developer role with the following responsibilities and expectations:
- Strong experience in SmartCOMM platform with a focus on designing and developing communication templates for enterprise use cases.
- Hands-on expertise in template design, including creation of dynamic, reusable, and scalable templates aligned with business requirements.
- Proficiency in data modeling using SmartCOMM Data Modeler to structure, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources.
- Experience working with SmartCOMM Designer (ATD) for building and customizing customer communication layouts and formats.
- Exposure to SmartCOMM Draft Editor for content creation, editing, and management of communication artifacts.
- Good understanding of Customer Communication Management (CCM) concepts, including document generation, personalization, and multi-channel delivery.
- Ability to work on end-to-end CCM implementations, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Familiarity with enterprise CCM solutions and best practices for handling large-scale communication workflows.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as business analysts, architects, and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Experience in troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining SmartCOMM solutions in production environments.
