Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent guest experience while controlling costs and maintaining service stand Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete restaurant & bar operations
- Supervise staff, scheduling & training
- Ensure high-quality customer service
- Handle bar inventory, stock control & ordering
- Monitor food & beverage cost
- Maintain hygiene, safety & compliance
- Handle billing, cash management & reporting
- Coordinate with kitchen & service team
- Increase sales through upselling & promotions
Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in restaurant/bar management
- Strong knowledge of bar operations & liquor inventory
- Good leadership & communication skills
- Ability to handle pressure during peak hours
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
