Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive/ Data Analyst to work on Rahul Jain's FMS (Factory/Facility Management System). The candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting operational data, preparing MIS reports, maintaining dashboards, and providing insights to improve business performance and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain data in Rahul Jain's FMS platform.
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from various sources.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
- Monitor KPIs and identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
- Generate analytical reports for management review.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within the system.
- Support operational teams with data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments for data requirements.
- Maintain records and documentation related to reports and analysis.
- Assist in process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Power Query).
- Knowledge of Power BI, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Understanding of databases and basic SQL is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and maintain accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Data Analysis, MIS Reporting, or FMS-related operations.
- Experience with ERP/FMS software and dashboard preparation will be an advantage.
