Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing authentic Sindhi cuisine for a private family, planning menus, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and delivering high-quality meals tailored to household preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare authentic Sindhi dishes, snacks, and traditional meals
- Plan daily and weekly menus based on family preferences
- Purchase and manage kitchen inventory, groceries, and ingredients
- Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Prepare meals for family gatherings, special occasions, and guests
- Manage kitchen operations independently
- Accommodate dietary requirements and special meal requests
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of traditional Sindhi cuisine
- Expertise in meal planning and food preparation
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management preferred
- 3–8 years of experience as a Personal Chef, Home Chef, or Sindhi Cuisine Chef
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in private households, luxury residences, villas, or family kitchens
- Expertise in Sindhi specialties such as Sai Bhaji, Sindhi Kadhi, Koki, Dal Pakwan, Sindhi Biryani, and traditional Sindhi desserts
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
