Job Title: Ethnic Fashion Designer
Experience: 4–5 Years
Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and experienced Ethnic Fashion Designer with 4–5 years of expertise in women's ethnic wear. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, prints, embroidery, and garment construction, with the ability to design commercially successful collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop women's ethnic wear collections.
- Research fashion trends, fabrics, prints, and color palettes.
- Create design sketches, tech packs, and sampling specifications.
- Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams.
- Ensure timely development of samples and final products.
- Maintain quality, fit, and brand aesthetics throughout the design process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design.
- 4–5 years of experience in ethnic wear design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop/CorelDRAW.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, embroidery, silhouettes, and garment construction.
- Creative mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
