Sales & Marketing Executive – Chemical Industry
Job Type: Full-Time (Field Sales + Customer Meetings)
Location: Maharashtra / Gujarat
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement teams, plant heads, production managers, R&D teams, and key decision-makers across industries.
- Promote Skylon Global's portfolio of specialty chemicals, food ingredients, industrial chemicals, and raw materials.
- Identify and develop new customers across Food & Beverage, Dairy, Cosmetics, Pharmaceuticals, Personal Care, Paints & Coatings, Water Treatment, Textiles, Plastics, Rubber, Adhesives, Construction Chemicals, and other manufacturing industries.
- Generate high-quality B2B leads through industry networks, referrals, cold outreach, and market research.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions to understand customer requirements.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and convert opportunities into long-term business relationships.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales/Marketing within the Chemical Industry.
- Strong understanding of industrial chemicals, specialty chemicals, food ingredients, or related products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage customer accounts effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra and Gujarat.
- Existing industry contacts and customer network will be an added advantage.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Diploma holders with relevant chemical industry sales experience may also apply.
