About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Intern who loves talking to people and finding new opportunities. This role is perfect for someone who wants to understand the "business" side of a creative agency—learning how to pitch, negotiate, and close deals.
What You’ll Learn
- Lead Generation: How to identify and target potential clients globally.
- Pitching & Sales: The art of crafting a winning proposal and the psychology of selling.
- Market Research: Analyzing competitors and finding gaps in the market (GCC, India, and beyond).
- CRM Management: How to manage a pipeline and track client interactions.
- Client Relationship Management: Building long-term trust with brand owners and marketing managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Identifying potential clients through LinkedIn, Behance, and other digital platforms.
- Outreach: Sending personalized cold emails and LinkedIn messages to introduce MonkyVision’s services.
- Strategic Research: Finding data on market trends in industries like E-commerce, Tech, and Real Estate.
- Assisting in Proposals: Helping the team create tailored pitch decks and service quotations.
- Follow-ups: Keeping track of leads and ensuring no conversation goes cold.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and "people skills."
- Strong command of English (written and verbal).
- A "never give up" attitude—sales is about persistence!
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services (Social Media, SEO, Video Editing).
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Docs and LinkedIn.
