Social Media Execution (80%)
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms.
- Write engaging captions, copy, and campaign messaging aligned with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and content creators for asset development.
- Manage day-to-day posting calendars and ensure timely content delivery.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions, ensuring prompt responses.
- Execute influencer collaborations and social media campaigns.
- Track trending topics, industry updates, and platform changes to identify content opportunities.
- Support paid social campaigns through content coordination and campaign execution.
- Maintain content calendars and campaign trackers.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor social media performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Analyze engagement, reach, follower growth, and campaign effectiveness.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Track competitor activities and benchmark performance.
Team Coordination & Management (20%)
- Assist in developing social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate with marketing, creative, and product teams for campaign execution.
- Manage agency and freelancer deliverables where applicable.
- Support junior team members through guidance and quality checks.
- Participate in campaign planning, brainstorming, and performance review meetings.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
