Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to generate qualified B2B leads for IT products and services across the UK, US, and EMEA markets. The role involves outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and appointment setting to support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential B2B clients.
- Generate leads through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Update CRM with accurate lead information and follow-up activities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation or inside sales.
- Experience targeting UK, US, or EMEA markets is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
- Strong research, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred
- Experience in selling IT products or IT services.
- Ability to work in UK/US business hours.
