Full Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and maintaining long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
* Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline
* Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote company services
* Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and agreements
* Negotiate contracts and close deals
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
* Experience in business development, sales, or marketing
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in MS Office and software
* Post Graduate, BBA, MBA
