Role Overview
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Secretary / Personal Assistant to provide administrative and executive support to the management team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle emails, calls, and official correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Maintain office records and confidential documents.
- Assist with import-export documentation and follow-ups.
- Organize travel arrangements and meeting schedules.
- Perform general administrative and office support tasks.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
