Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Create and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, blogs, and advertisements.
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Generate and nurture leads through digital marketing activities.
- Monitor website performance and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to develop marketing materials.
- Manage email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and industry best practices.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Analytics tools.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) are an advantage.
- Strong communication and content creation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with relevant skills and certifications may also apply).
Salary: As per company standards + performance incentives.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
