Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with a strong foundation in Core HR to manage end-to-end recruitment for our organization. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding, along with exposure to broader HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and referrals
Coordinate with department heads to define manpower requirements and job descriptions
Schedule and conduct preliminary interviews; coordinate further rounds with hiring managers
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and reporting dashboards
Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation
Support core HR functions including employee records, statutory compliance basics, and HR documentation
Conduct background verification and reference checks for shortlisted candidates
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Assist in employee onboarding and induction processes
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to Core HR functions
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Based in or willing to work from Jaipur, Rajasthan

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Joining: Immediate
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
