Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and dispatch
- Plan and execute production schedules to meet delivery timelines
- Monitor productivity and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
- Lead, train, and manage shop floor workforce and supervisors
Requirements:
- BE in Mechanical Engineering
- 8–15 years of experience in sheet metal/fabrication industry
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Experience in handling large teams and plant operations
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
