Job Title: CRM Executive (Customer Relationship Management Executive)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, maintain customer databases, improve customer satisfaction, and support sales and marketing activities. The candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze customer data.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update customer records in CRM software
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Follow up with leads and existing customers
Generate reports and analyze customer data
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams
Track customer feedback and improve engagement
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, etc.)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred
