Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Planning Engineer with experience in Data Center, Electrical Infrastructure, EPC, or Mission-Critical Projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Prepare project baselines, WBS, milestones, and resource-loaded schedules.
- Monitor project progress and track critical activities against approved schedules.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and subcontractors.
- Perform schedule analysis, variance analysis, and identify mitigation plans.
- Monitor manpower, material, and equipment deployment.
- Prepare recovery schedules and acceleration plans.
- Support project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Experience in Data Center Projects, Electrical EPC Projects, Switchyards, Substations, or Industrial Infrastructure Projects.
- Knowledge of project scheduling, resource planning, and project controls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
