- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process documentation to ensure clarity and usability.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Recruiting, Workday Talent Management.
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling and documentation techniques.
- Experience in gathering and analyzing user requirements to inform process design.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable process workflows.
- Familiarity with enterprise software implementation and integration strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
