The Senior Legal Associate/Manager-Legal supports the full lifecycle of the Company’s commercial and investment transactions – from drafting and negotiating agreements through to closing – across its B2C, B2B2C, distribution, partnership, private markets, and vendor engagements. This is a high ownership role offering broad transactional exposure in a fast-moving, multi-jurisdiction fintech environment, ideal for an early-career lawyer keen to build depth quickly.
Reporting to the group’s General Counsel and Head of Compliance, you will be fully responsible for the strategic documentation in new business verticals, establishing robust, scalable legal frameworks to support our client's next phase of global expansion.
