We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle client calls, follow up with company-provided leads, and support our sales team in promoting our Web Development, Mobile App Development, and Custom Software Solutions.
Preference will be given to candidates residing in or around Karamadai, Coimbatore.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact company-provided leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Understand client requirements and explain our services.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team when required.
- Maintain lead and customer records.
- Convert leads into customers through effective communication.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Any Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Good convincing and customer handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
