Role Overview
We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily e-commerce operations, manage product listings, monitor orders, coordinate inventory, and help improve online sales performance across platforms like Amazon, Noon, Snoonu, and Talabat.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms
- Ensure product details, pricing, and images are accurate
- Monitor customer orders and coordinate with logistics teams
- Track inventory and update stock availability
- Analyze sales performance and prepare reports using Excel
- Handle customer queries, returns, and order-related issues
- Support promotional campaigns and sponsored ads
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms is preferred
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for online sales and e-commerce operations
