Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Construction Estimator with experience on US-based projects. You will provide accurate quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and bid packages for US clients, working directly as part of their team on a dedicated, remote basis.

Key Responsibilities
- Construction quantity takeoffs and estimating support
- Project coordination and scheduling
- Submittal and procurement tracking
- Field documentation and reporting
- Buildertrend or similar construction management platforms
- Custom residential construction in the U.S.
- Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for US construction projects
- Develop bid packages, proposal documents, and scope of work summaries
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to produce accurate estimates
- Review subcontractor bids and assist in bid leveling
- Maintain and update cost databases aligned with US market rates
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers on scope clarification
Required Skills & Software
- Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu for quantity takeoffs
- Proficiency in PlanSwift or On-Screen Takeoff (OST)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for cost modeling
- Familiarity with Procore or similar project management platforms (preferred)
- Strong understanding of US construction costs, trades, and specifications (CSI MasterFormat)
