The Role
We are looking for a Site Supervisor who will be boots on the ground, ensuring every project is exectuted exactly as designed, on time and to the highest standard of quality. You will be the bridge between our design team, vendors, contractors, logistics and workers making it happen. We need someone who can own that space.
What You’ll Work On
- Overseeing day-to-day operations across residential and commercial projects.
- Co-ordinating with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers and other trades to ensure smooth execution.
- Reading and interpreting design drawings, layouts and specifications on site.
- Monitoring work quality and ensuring it meets design intent and finish standards.
- Tracking project timlines and flagging delays or issues to the design team.
- Managing material deliveries, inventory, and on-site logistics.
- Conducting everyday site inspections and maintaing daily progress reports and reporting to design team.
- Ensuring site safety standards are followed at all times.
Minimum Requirement
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of work experience in site supervision, preferably in interior fit-out and architecture projects.
- Ability to read architectural and interior design drawings accurately.
- Strong knowledge of material finishes, carpentry, civil work, and MEP coordination.
- Excellent on-ground problem solving and decision-making ability.
- Strong communication skills with a ability to manage various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in basic reporting tools and site documentation.
Bonus Points
- Prior work experience supervising commerical and residential interior/architecture projects (will be preferred).
- Familiarity with project management tools.
