KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Account Management deliverable for Branch Banking RM vertical
Responsible Topline Delivery from RM managed
Driving RM role wise specific growth strategies and approaches
Responsible for ensuring Lion’s share from these RM for MLI
Relationship/Partner Management
Responsible for managing and developing relations with the Product team (Channel partner). Establishing and reviewing key strategic priorities in conjunction with Bank and translating them into comprehensive strategic plan and monitor execution of the same
Proactively engaging with the Bank for planning, Trend discussion, Initiative progress discussion and Ideation of next steps- Ensuring the same gets executed in Bank
Defining the Role wise RM family specific engagement rhythm calendar to drive input and output vectors at the beginning of the month and ensuring execution and monitoring of the same along with required visibility
Responsible for ensuring governance council with Bank HO (Business heads and Segment heads to ensure defined monthly, fortnightly and weekly rhythm is in place) along with relevant decks, insightsand data points is in place
Measure of Success
RM family activation, counter share and Productivity
Timely and reasonable estimate of sales, related key metrics and expenses.
Timely and Quality Deliverables
Consistency, Accuracy TAT adherence as per the activity
Process improvements
Quality of Reports conceptualized under Performance framework
Minimum Experience
8 years of total experience
MBA /Post Graduate/Graduate
Excellent skills in Excel, VBA and SQL
Excellent Verbal and articulation skills
Understanding of IT tools/automation techniques
Preferably worked in a Banking or BANCA environment with RM fraternity
Providing thought leadership in designing and recommending appropriate analytical approaches
Responsible for continuous planning, executing and monitoring channel specific objective resulting in topline, market share and operation efficiency to address key issues within the business
Driving data driven decision making: analyze data base, create formal reports, presentations in collaborations with the business heads for formulation of decisions and strategies.
Responsible for measuring the channel’s internal team’s performance, weighing it against the KPIs, ensuring identification of areas of improvement and ensuring crucial initiatives for the strategic development of the business
Ensuring governance rhythm, Reviews, Planning decks, In sighting decks, Ideation and OA strategy, Dashboard, Trackers, update, Data cuts
Ensuring filed support to regions, segments and Circles – Available for one on one connect till AH level, ensuing support, inputs to drive business on the ground
Program Management
Sales Promotion activities. Ensuing planning and end execution of the initiatives
Data and information management- Ensuring all kinds of dashboards for insightful qualitative analyses. Development work plans, gathering and generation of relevant data, driving analysis and development of actionable recommendations
Cross –functional alignment: Ensuring internal departments involvement and support from Business planning team, Finance, Marketing, Operations to ensure channel partner and internal team receives highest standard of support for their requirements
