We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive professional who can efficiently manage HR functions, administrative operations, statutory compliance, and inter-department coordination within a healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment, onboarding & orientation of clinical and non-clinical staff
Attendance, leave management & payroll coordination
Implementation of HR policies, SOPs & employee documentation
Handling employee grievances & performance appraisals
Ensuring statutory compliance (ESI, PF, gratuity, labour laws, etc.)
Facility management, housekeeping & vendor coordination
Procurement & inventory supervision (in coordination with Operations team)
Maintaining audit-ready documentation & compliance records
Supporting health camps, outreach initiatives & internal programs
Coordinating closely with Operations for workflow efficiency
Experience & Qualification:
3–7 years of relevant HR/Admin experience
Healthcare setup experience preferred
Graduate / MBA (HR) preferred
Strong organizational & multi-department coordination skills
Must have proficiency in HRMS software with 2–3 years of hands-on experience (mandatory)
Immediate joining preferred
Pay: ₹15,850.36 - ₹25,141.10 per month
