About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our Kozhikode branch. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in managing high-performing sales teams, driving revenue growth, and achieving ambitious sales targets in the EdTech industry.
This role requires a strong leader who can recruit, train, motivate, and mentor sales professionals while ensuring consistent business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete sales operations of the branch.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Recruit, train, and develop Business Development Associates and Team Leaders.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure target achievement.
- Conduct sales reviews, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions.
- Develop effective sales strategies to maximize conversions.
- Analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation.
- Build a high-performance sales culture focused on growth and accountability.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports for management.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of Sales Head experience in EdTech.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving high revenue targets.
- Experience in handling large sales teams.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
