Key Responsibilities
- Front Office Management
- Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents with professionalism.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
- Maintain reception area and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Counselling & Student Engagement
- Provide academic and career counselling to prospective students.
- Guide learners on course selection, enrolment processes, and career pathways.
- Build strong rapport with students and parents to ensure satisfaction.
- CRM & Administrative Tasks
- Manage student records and inquiries using CRM tools.
- Track leads, follow up on prospects, and ensure timely conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support.
- Operational Support
- Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and events.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Support sales and marketing teams with lead management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in counselling/front office roles ( in edtech or education sector).
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education/Management preferred).

- Experience in student counselling and admissions.
- Knowledge of edtech platforms and digital learning tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
