We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Clinic Head – Orthotics & Prosthetics to lead our clinical operations, patient care services, business development initiatives, and multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical expertise with leadership and operational management skills to drive excellence in patient outcomes and clinic growth.
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Orthotics & Prosthetics clinical practice.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership, supervisory, or clinic management role.
- Proven experience in managing complex prosthetic and orthotic cases.
- Experience in hospital, rehabilitation center, or private O&P clinic settings preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all clinical and operational activities of the clinic.
- Ensure high-quality patient care and clinical outcomes.
- Supervise and mentor clinical and technical teams.
- Develop referral networks and support business growth initiatives.
- Monitor clinic performance, productivity, and revenue targets.
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and procedures.
- Manage patient satisfaction and quality improvement programs.
Pay: From ₹75,000.00 per month
