Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Quadient Workflow Engineer with strong expertise in Customer Communications Management (CCM), Quadient Inspire, Azure Cloud services, and enterprise document workflow integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and optimizing scalable document generation and distribution workflows, integrating Quadient Inspire with cloud-based data platforms and enterprise print/output management systems such as BlueCrest.
This role requires a combination of CCM development, workflow automation, data integration, and cloud engineering skills to deliver reliable, high-performance document communication solutions. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the complete document lifecycle, including composition, processing, bundling, delivery, monitoring, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Quadient Inspire workflows using:
- Quadient Inspire Designer
- Quadient Inspire Scaler
- Quadient Inspire Interactive
- Quadient Inspire Automation
- Develop and support end-to-end customer communication workflows, including:
- Document composition
- Template management
- Formatting
- Document assembly
- Bundling
- Print and digital delivery
- Build and optimize enterprise document processing workflows for high-volume batch and near real-time communications.
- Integrate Quadient Inspire solutions with BlueCrest print and mail management systems for production document delivery.
- Design and implement cloud-based integrations using Azure services, including:
- Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- Azure Storage / Data Lake
- Azure Functions
- Azure Logic Apps
- Azure Service Bus
- Azure Event Grid
- Develop data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Azure data services, including Databricks and Synapse where applicable.
- Implement workflow orchestration and event-driven processing architectures.
- Develop integrations using:
- REST APIs
- SOAP services
- File-based integrations
- XML
- JSON
- CSV data formats
- Ensure seamless data flow between Quadient, BlueCrest, Azure platforms, and downstream communication channels.
- Optimize workflow performance, scalability, and reliability for enterprise communication platforms.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and error-handling frameworks.
- Support document compliance requirements, including:
- Regulatory standards
- Audit requirements
- Document retention
- Archival processes
- Troubleshoot workflow failures, integration issues, and production incidents.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, DevOps teams, business stakeholders, and operations teams.
- Participate in solution design workshops, code reviews, testing activities, deployment cycles, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire and CCM solutions.
- Strong experience designing and supporting enterprise document workflows.
- Experience working with high-volume document generation and output management environments.
- Experience integrating CCM platforms with enterprise applications and cloud services.
