Mandatory Requirements
✔ Minimum 2–5 years of experience in:
- Banking
- NBFC
- Direct Selling Agency (DSA)
- Housing Finance
✔ Proven sales and business development experience.
✔ Experience in achieving business targets.
✔ Team handling or leadership experience.
✔ Excellent communication and written skills.
✔ Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM, Microsoft Office, and digital tools.
✔ Willing to travel for business development.
