Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Client Engagement Intern to support client engagement, project coordination, reporting, and operational activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with enterprise clients, cross-functional teams, and customer-facing projects in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Client Engagement team in coordinating ongoing client projects and day-to-day engagement activities.
- Maintain project trackers, reports, documentation, and client records with a high level of accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams to track deliverables and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Prepare meeting notes, action items, status updates, and follow-up communications.
- Assist in monitoring project timelines and proactively flag potential risks or delays.
- Support data collection, reporting, and analysis for ongoing client programs.
- Organize and maintain project documentation and ensure information is updated across internal systems.
- Assist in preparing client presentations, project updates, and other business-related materials.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing final year) in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Arts, Sciences, or a related discipline.
Professional Experience
- Prior internship, academic project, or hands-on experience in Client Engagement, Project Coordination, Operations, Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role would be preferred.
- Exposure to stakeholder coordination, reporting, documentation management, or project tracking is an advantage.Skills & Tools

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Workspace.
