Role Summary:
You will be the first point of contact for our cancer patients and caregivers, helping them navigate our OncoBuddy platform and care journey.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Onboard new cancer patients via intro calls and verify basic demographic details.
2. Educate patients/caregivers on the OncoBuddy app and help them schedule sessions through the app.
3. Collect Google reviews from patients post-interaction.
4. Schedule Diet, Onco-Psychology, and Genetic Counseling sessions for patients/caregivers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualification: Any Science Graduate
- Experience: Min. 1 year preferred. Freshers are welcome if they have strong communication skills.
- Language: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam – mandatory
- Work Mode: Work From Office,
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
