We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and streamline online operations across multiple brands. This role is ideal for someone who understands the backend of e-commerce and can ensure smooth day-to-day functioning—from product listings to order fulfillment and customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings on Shopify (uploading products, descriptions, pricing, variants, etc.)
- Regularly update and maintain inventory and stock levels
- Create and manage product content sheets for internal and platform use
- Coordinate image editing and uploads for product listings
- Monitor and manage order processing, including confirmations and dispatch coordination
- Handle returns and exchanges, ensuring smooth resolution
- Manage basic customer support / order confirmations via WhatsApp, email, or calls
- Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure timely fulfillment
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across all platforms
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations
- Hands-on experience with Shopify (must-have)
- Good understanding of product cataloging and inventory management
- Basic knowledge of image editing tools (Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
