Key Responsibilities:
- Operations: Oversee daily shift execution, open/close procedures, and facility cleanliness.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate front-of-house and back-of-house employees.
- Financial Oversight: Track labor and food costs, manage inventory, and meet sales targets.
- Customer Service: Greet guests, monitor service flow, and resolve complaints quickly.Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and local sanitation guidelines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
