Job Title: Project Manager – Flooring & Interior Projects

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of flooring and interior projects from site handover to final completion.
- Review and interpret AutoCAD drawings, BOQs, GFC drawings, shop drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules to ensure accurate and timely project execution.
- Plan manpower, material requirements, equipment, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, interior designers, PMC teams, and contractors.
- Supervise installation activities and ensure compliance with approved specifications.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and cost control.
- Resolve technical and site execution issues.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of project materials.
- Conduct site inspections, quality audits, snag rectification, and project handover.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Verify contractor bills, measurement sheets, and client billing.
Technical Knowledge Required
- Thorough understanding of subfloor preparation, including screed quality, moisture testing, self-leveling compounds, and surface preparation.
- Knowledge of flooring adhesives, PU adhesives, epoxy systems, primers, sealants, and underlay materials.
- Hands-on knowledge of different installation methods:
- Glue-down installation
- Floating floor installation
- Click-lock installation
- Nail-down installation
- Understanding of expansion gaps, movement joints, moisture barriers, acoustic underlays, and floor leveling techniques.
- Knowledge of civil finishing works including screeding, skirting, stair nosing, trims, expansion profiles, and transition strips.
- Familiarity with project execution standards, QA/QC procedures, and inspection checklists.
- Understanding of waterproofing, moisture control, and floor flatness standards.
- Experience in site measurements, quantity estimation, and material reconciliation.
- Knowledge of safety standards and construction site compliance.
- Ability to troubleshoot flooring failures such as cupping, warping, delamination, adhesive failure, moisture-related issues, and uneven subfloors.
