Job Summary:
The candidate will be responsible for advanced patient assessment, designing specialized rehabilitation programs, and guiding junior staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed patient assessments and clinical evaluations
- Develop and implement advanced physiotherapy treatment plans
- Handle complex cases including post-surgical, neurological, and ICU patients
- Supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists and interns
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment protocols accordingly
- Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams for holistic care
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and clinical standards
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation and preventive care
- Manage physiotherapy equipment and therapy protocols
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (MPT) – Mandatory
- Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience
- Experience in handling orthopedic, neuro, and post-surgical cases
- Hospital experience preferred
- Strong patient care and communication skills
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
