Job Responsibilities
- Handle complete shift operations of café / restaurant outlet
- Supervise floor operations and ensure smooth service
- Manage team attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance
- Coordinate with kitchen and service team for guest satisfaction
- Monitor daily sales, billing, and operational reports
- Ensure proper SOP implementation and hygiene standards
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Maintain inventory coordination and stock control
- Support recruitment and staff training activities
- Ensure opening and closing checklist compliance
- Drive team motivation and outlet performance
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in hospitality industry
- Experience in café, restaurant QSR operations preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle team and customer situations professionally
- Knowledge of billing software and outlet operations
- Flexible for rotational shifts and weekends
- Good grooming and professional attitude
