Job Description:
Macro Global is seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management, video editing, and paid digital advertising. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing social media platforms, executing high-performing ad campaigns, and driving brand growth through engaging content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the company's presence across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Edit professional-quality videos and reels for social media using industry-standard editing tools.
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
- Manage ad budgets, campaign costing, audience targeting, and performance optimization to maximize ROI.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare detailed performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote company services, events, and campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of proven experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.
- Proficiency in video editing tools.
- Experience in planning and executing paid social media campaigns with measurable
- results.
- Knowledge of audience targeting, campaign optimization, budgeting, and analytics.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field is
- preferred.
