To ensure inventory accuracy optimally for all the customer in the warehouse
- 1) Monitor and control inventory transactions, Cycle time, Cost, Non- Live inventory, Inventory spoilage, Cycle Count, Scrap etc. trouble shoot of inventory transaction variances, doing RCA.
- 2) Inventory reconciliation: WMS vs physical stock
- 3) Tracking of inward quantity, order processed quantity, order cancelled quantity and comparing with available stock quantity
- 4) Inventory Cycle Count: Planning time schedule and manpower for the cycle counting once in a month for each customer
- 5) Planning and executing wall to wall counting for all the customer at least once in each quarter
- 6) Maintain inventory accuracy by 99.65%
- 7) Maintain inventory loss by less than 0.03%
- 8) Coordinating and providing required data to internal/external auditor
- 9) Design and implement procedure to ensure zero loss of high value item
- 10) Reduction in warehouse damages to inventory
- 11) To ensure the packing material count on daily basis
Qualification: Any Graduate with strong analytical skill
Experience: 5-7 years
Specific Skills: Good in MS Excel and handy in different order processing software
