Job brief
We are looking for a professional & experienced Housekeeper able of attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail.
The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation.
Responsibilities
- Room Cleaning & Turnovers: Thoroughly clean, dust, and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and fixtures. Make beds and replace all used linens and towels.
- Supply Replenishment: Restock essential items such as complimentary toiletries, coffee, stationery, and minibar beverages.
- Public Areas: Keep common spaces spotless, including hallways, lobbies, elevators, and public restrooms.
- Asset & Hazard Reporting: Notify management or maintenance of any broken appliances, lightbulbs, or safety hazards. Tag and log any left-behind guest belongings following hotel lost-and-found policies.
- Inventory Management: Stock and organize cleaning carts and floor closets to maintain a highly efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy items (up to 20-30 lbs) for extended shifts.
- Time Management: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict productivity quotas without compromising quality.
- Communication Skills: Ability to interact politely with guests, understand specific requests, and collaborate with other hotel departments.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
