Job Summary
We are looking for friendly, professional, and customer-focused Waiters to join our hospitality team. Multiple positions are available. Candidates with prior experience in hotels, restaurants, cafés, resorts, or similar establishments are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly.
- Ensure proper table setup and cleanliness.
- Attend to customer requests and provide excellent service.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
- Handle customer queries and concerns professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
- Follow company service standards and procedures.
- Assist with opening and closing duties when required.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Waiter or in a similar hospitality role preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and a positive attitude may also be considered.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Candidates
