- Generate leads through outbound calling to builders, contractors, architects, consultants, factories, warehouses, and industrial clients.
- Follow up on inquiries and submitted quotations.
- Introduce company products and services related to epoxy flooring and waterproofing solutions.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team with prospective customers.
- Maintain customer databases and update CRM records.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding leads and customer requirements.
- Prepare daily call reports and lead generation reports.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, or lead generation.
- Knowledge of construction, waterproofing, flooring, or building materials industry will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
