▪ Plan and execute ATL campaigns across newspapers, magazines, radio,
television, outdoor media, and other mass communication channels.
▪ Coordinate media buying, scheduling, and campaign deployment.
▪ Evaluate campaign performance and market reach effectiveness.
▪ Strengthen brand awareness and market positioning through strategic
ATL initiatives.
BTL (Below the Line)
Marketing
▪Conceptualize and execute BTL activities including roadshows, kiosk
promotions, society activations, channel partner engagement
programs, exhibitions, and local outreach campaigns.
▪Drive customer acquisition and lead generation through targeted
promotional activities.
▪Coordinate with agencies and vendors for seamless campaign
execution.
Branding & Corporate
Communication
▪Ensure consistency in corporate and project branding across all
communication channels.
▪Develop branding strategies to strengthen market presence and
customer recall.
▪Manage corporate identity guidelines and brand deployment standards.
▪Coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain uniform brand
messaging.
Advertising, Content
Development & Creative
Design
▪Conceptualize and oversee the creation of marketing collaterals
including: Brochures, Flyers, Project Presentations, Corporate Profiles,
Product Literature, Sales Kits, Hoardings, Signages, Digital Creatives,
Email Campaigns, Social Media Content, etc.
▪Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, and content developers.
▪Ensure timely planning, approval, execution, and deployment of all
promotional materials.
▪Review advertising content for quality, compliance, and brand
alignment.
Digital Marketing
▪Drive end-to-end digital marketing initiatives including performance
marketing, lead generation, SEO, SEM, social media management,
website optimization, online reputation management, content
marketing, property portal management, marketing automation,
analytics, etc.
▪Digital brand-building activities through Website optimization to support
sales conversion, customer engagement, and business growth
objectives.
Print Media Marketing
▪Plan and execute city-level and project-specific print media campaigns.
▪Manage newspaper advertisements, magazine features, advertorials,
brochures, flyers, inserts, standees, banners, and flex branding.
▪Coordinate with publication houses and media partners.
▪Monitor campaign effectiveness and circulation reach.
Event Management &
Project Launches
▪Plan, organize, and execute: Project Launch Events, Groundbreaking
Ceremonies, Customer Meets, Channel Partner Meets, Site Events,
Promotional Campaigns, Corporate Events, Exhibitions & Trade Shows
▪Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, branding, guest
management, and post-event analysis.
▪Ensure successful execution within approved budgets and timelines.
Vendor Empanelment &
Management
▪ Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard marketing agencies, printers,
event partners, media houses, digital agencies, and branding vendors.
▪Develop and maintain a preferred vendor database.
▪Monitor vendor performance, service quality, commercial compliance,
and contract adherence.
▪Ensure cost optimization and timely delivery of services.
Marketing Reports &
Analytics
▪Track and analyze marketing campaign performance.
▪Prepare periodic reports covering: Lead Generation Metrics, Campaign
Effectiveness, Marketing ROI, Cost per Lead, Customer Acquisition,
Trends, Media Reach & Engagement, Competitor Benchmarking
▪Present actionable insights and recommendations to management.
