Chebel is a café and patisserie located in JP Nagar, Bengaluru - known for its Italian-inspired pasta bar, signature coffees, and an indulgent range of artisanal desserts. On weekends, we serve an extensive breakfast menu that celebrates comfort and craft. Our patisserie specializes in custom bespoke cakes , entremets, celebration cakes for every occasion and a curated selection of fine desserts.
Experience Required:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience (Hospitality industry experience preferred)
Qualification:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle complete accounting functions of the company
- Maintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and final accounts
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions
- Perform bank, cash, and vendor reconciliations
- Maintain and verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents
- Handle statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other applicable filings
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual returns
- Coordinate with auditors and assist during audits
- Manage payroll processing and salary disbursement
- Ensure timely payment of salaries, statutory dues, and vendor payments
- Maintain vendor accounts and obtain balance confirmations
- Conduct stock taking and maintain inventory records
- Monitor expenses and control costs
- Prepare financial reports, MIS, and statements as required by management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Handle any other accounting or finance-related tasks assigned by management.
