Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design from concept to detailed development, ensuring clarity of design intent and quality.
- Manage projects across all stages, coordinating with consultants and stakeholders to meet timelines and standards.
- Prepare and review drawings, models, and documentation.
- Build, mentor, and guide a team of architects and designers.
- Conduct design reviews and maintain consistency in design language and execution.
- Present ideas and engage effectively with clients.
