Manage and maintain Zurich container platforms including provision of expert support for OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms, ensuring high availability and performance
Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for container platforms
Ensure security by applying best practices and implementing necessary controls
Automate deployment and management using infrastructure as code tools
Stay up to date with ecosystem developments and propose improvements
Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and existing systems
Create technical documentation and define solutions
Collaborate with teammates to evolve the platform and ensure service excellence
Continuously learn about new technologies and apply innovative concepts
Work in Agile mode to develop the environment and meet stakeholder needs
Participate in solution strategy, innovation, and global technology roadmap
Support cloud incidents and problems, providing monitoring, profiling, and troubleshooting for existing solutions
