Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential customers, and supporting the end-to-end pre-sales process. You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to understand customer requirements and propose the right solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and lead-generation activities.
- Connect with potential customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, virtual meetings, webinars, and other business communication channels.
- Research customer organizations, industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to understand business requirements effectively.
- Conduct customer discovery discussions to understand business processes, operational challenges, and pain points.
- Gather and analyze customer requirements and translate them into suitable business and technical solutions.
- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, solution proposals, and proof-of-concept (POC) discussions.
- Address customer queries, technical concerns, and solution-related objections during the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions align with customer requirements and product capabilities.
- Prepare business documents such as proposals, quotations, RFP/RFI responses, meeting notes, and customer communications.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, customer interactions, and sales activities using CRM and business tracking tools while contributing to revenue growth and customer acquisition.
Eligibility Criteria
- 0–2 year of experience in business development, pre-sales, inside sales, or a related role.
- Any graduate degree (mandatory); background in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science is preferred.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales processes, SaaS products, or technology solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar) is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a confident, customer-facing approach.
- Ability to understand business requirements and articulate product value propositions clearly.
- Research-oriented mindset with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools—PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for presentations and reporting.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Proficiency in Hindi is preferred.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
